Placita Olvera

Today i had an amazing experience visiting the historic olvera st. in Los Angeles, CA.Walking around looking at all the neat things they sold was so cool. I rember visiting that place way back when I was younger. But this time I had felt strong emotions. Having the knowledge I have from my chicano studies class I was able to vision the struggles that were faught back in the days. being able to walk through the oldest hoouse standing in LA, Avila Adobes house was cool. Observing the way of life people had was crazy. I can't wait to go back and visit again.

Glamis pictures...

 glamis weekend was so much fun. i had the best time with my best friend...and all our other friends. all weekend we were riding the rhinos,quads, and off roading in the Jeep:) i cant wait to go again...its such a thrill and soo much fun. the only thing that sucked is that i got super sick thanks to the cold nights in the toy holler and the windy sandy all in my face :\

Black Friday...

After thanksgiving sale is 3 days away....Black-Friday! man it sucks that i am going to be away ...but i still am soooo excited because my mom is buying me a new desktop!yay! no i will be able to use my own computer whenever i want and not have to be at school using there's....which was always a hassle! struggling to do my homework,my blogs, life will be much easier! i just hope that we get a good deal on a computer i want an HP desktop, i have a HPlaptop but i no longer have my charger for it so that s basically in no service n-e more...but i love the way HP works!

3more days....

I can't explain how excited i am for this weekend. Glamis is known for atv riding, rhino riding and lots more dirt bike attractions. So 2morro my best friend Priscilla will pick me up and i will have a wonderful thanksgiving with  her and her family then head to to the dunes! to be honest I'm kinda scared ....i don't know if ill get on the quads but well see when I'm there... wish me luck !happy Thanksgiving :)

Glamis...

Im super excited for next week! Other years id be excited for thanks giving but this year im im heading to glamis:) Its going to be an intense weekend DIRT bike riding! hopefully my mom hooks up at fat plate from turkey day for me.

Time Time Time...

With little time in my hands, i feel like i have so much to do! im mean all i do is go to school but i feel like that all i can do. i wish i had more time to hang out with friends and do things but its just so hard when one is trying to focus on school. I mean this is a good thing dont get me wrong but sometimes maybe its better to relieve a little stress out with friends:)im glad this week isnt going to be so bad...i just hav wednesday to go and i officially can start my weekend since there is no class on thursday! hopefully i can have fun this weekend while actually being productive at the same time :)

Venice Beach

 This was a picture of me and one of my good friends stacey at venice beach.I love this picture because the background is perfect. The sun was about to set. I dont know if you know what venice bitch is about but this os one of my favorite spots to go hang out on a sunday. They have all kinds of little shops, you can buy unique things there. Also you see the most random things and people. Icant wait til my next visit to Venice :)

there's good days...THEN THERE'S BAD

There's always going to be obsticles that interfior in life. If it wasn't for my playstation 3 i would not have been able to even complete this journal in time. Last night was an extreme reality check”( I ended up somewhere at the wrong place at the wrong time. I even had to miss class today due to this situation that accurred. This really opened mind and made go back and be thankful for were i am, and what have around me.

okay so basically i have a 5 page study guide:( i just feel like alot of the questions on there arent even relavent to our topic.i just wish my teacher would assign more classwork to understand the topic more clearly. i hope i was more prepared for my exam tomorrow.

my weekend

well this weekend was full of drama! so we left to vegas this weekend and basically ended up getting stranded .luckily my friends mom was there to bring us back home. and to make things worse my friend that also went got her car impounded . worst vegas trip ever!

hungry for green posole =p

So this morning i woke up and was feeling like i had a sink flowing through my nose. It wouldn't stop running ! THANKS to yesterdays weather i had my ac full blasted last night and ended up waking up with a cold. So in mind i thought what would help me get better. I convinced my mother to make me some homemade green posole.Mmmmm soooo delicious! one of my favorite Mexican meals! Im looking forward to eating another bowl tomorrow morning :)

Vegas here i come!!!!!

 SO THE COUNTDOWN BEGINS...I AM OFFICIALLY GOING OUT TO VEGAS ON OCT 8TH! WHOOO I AM SOO EXCITED! WERE GOING OUT TO CELEBRATE MY FRIENDS BIRTHDAY AND IT GOING TO BE ONE CRAZY WEEKEND=)SO ON FRIDAY WHEN WE ARRIVE WERE PLANNING ON JUST PARTYING OUT THE NIGHT...THEN SATURDAY WE HAVE A DOG SHOW TO ATTEND HOW EXCITING NEVER BEEN TO A DOG SHOW1 AND SATURDAY WE HAVE THE CAR SHOW TO GO TO RIGHT BEFORE WE HEAD HOME...OH MAN HOW I WISH WE DIDN'T HAVE TO COME HOME...BUT CANT MISS CLASS MONDAY :)

This performance was during American idol.man when i heard this song i so feel in love with it. and i had to hear it right after a break up with my ex boyfriend.thats probably why i felt connection with the song lol. but til this day i love it, play it everyday...its my ringer :)

Lady GaGA*

okay this is crazy! when i first saw this i was wondering what it was i didnty realize she was covered all over with meat. i know she has some crazy out of the ordinary outfits but this ones was wowzers! but i guess theres a reason for everything she does, she told Ellen DeGeneres as followed about the outfit: "it is certainly no disrespect to anyone that is vegan or vegetarian. As you know, I am the most judgment-free human being on the earth. However, it has many interpretations, but for me this evening ... If we don't stand up for what we believe in and if we don't fight for our rights, pretty soon we're going to have as much rights as the meat on our own bones."

Big Bear vaction:
This was me on the back of a jetski ib nig bear lake.this is an annual trip me and my friends take for a good 4days. It was the funnest part of my trip this summer.unfortantlly the next day after the day at the lake a 18 year old boy drownded, the followiong information was from abc 7 news website:

A man drowned in the Boulder Bay Park area of Big Bear Lake Monday afternoon.

At 10:47 a.m. Monday, San Bernardino County Sheriff's deputies from the Big Bear station responded to a report of male possible drowning in Big Bear Lake.
When deputies arrived, the victim was not visible. Two friends of the victim said the three had been swimming in Boulder Bay approximately 100 yards from the shoreline.
The victim had become distressed, according to deputies. The two friends attempted to help the victim, who slipped underwater and did not surface. The victim was reportedly in 15 feet of water at a temperature of approximately 64 degrees Fahrenheit.
The San Bernardino County Sheriff's Dive Team was summoned to search for the victim underwater. The victim was located at about 12:51 p.m. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
The victim was not identified pending notification of next of kin. He was described as an 18-year-old white male resident of Yucca Valley.

Wild Buffalos

This is just one of the thousands of buffalo at yellowstone park. I was able to take a picture of him as he walked right by the car window. Causing  traffic jams along the road, the buffalo frequently would be crossing them or just walk along the road. drivers had to be careful with the wild life that approached us. 

Morning Glory*Yellowstone

This is a picture tooken during my vacation this summer at Yellowstone National park. My Two nieces and i are in front of the morning glory pool. This hot spring is located at the upper geyser basin in Yellowstone. The blue\green colors of this pool is due to all the bacteria. It has a stinky distinctive smell  which kind gives u a headache after a while :\
